二、外墻巖棉保溫板施工步驟

1、我們先來看看，巖棉保溫板的基礎工藝流程：基層處理——測量放線——石材龍骨分隔——裁切巖棉板——用塑料膨脹螺栓粘貼巖棉板——巖棉板隱蔽檢查驗收——干掛石材——幕墻專項驗收。

1. Let's first take a look at the basic process of rock wool insulation board: base treatment - measurement and laying out - stone keel separation - cutting rock wool board - pasting rock wool board with plastic expansion bolts - rock wool board concealed inspection and acceptance - dry hanging stone - special acceptance of curtain wall.

2、按照建筑外墻設進行石材龍骨的測量放線，注意是為了方石材龍骨安裝更加快速便捷。

3、裁切巖棉板時，要根據石材龍骨間距來決定，鋪貼方式要注意從上而下沿著水平方向橫向交錯。板上板下應該錯縫排列，距離大于是一半板長，并且寬度要小于15CM。

4、開始固定巖棉板，嵌入墻體的深度不小于5cm，可以選擇8*120mm的膨脹螺栓固定，外墻鉆孔，孔徑為1.2cm，便于巖棉板和外墻面進行緊密的固定。
